{"id":10479,"date":"2021-08-07T16:20:36","date_gmt":"2021-08-07T16:20:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kh.org\/?page_id=10479"},"modified":"2023-04-17T20:38:30","modified_gmt":"2023-04-17T20:38:30","slug":"masking-and-visitor-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.kh.org\/covid-19\/masking-and-visitor-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Masking and Visitor Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">Visitor Guidance and Masking Policy<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Effective Monday, April 17, 2023, ºìÐÓÉçÇø lifted masking restrictions for staff, patients, and visitors due to a declining transmission rate in our community.&nbsp;We will continue to monitor COVID data and may need to re-implement universal masking if transmission rates increase in the future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hospital and clinic patients and visitors will no longer be required to mask unless there is a clinical reason to do so.&nbsp; This includes recent COVID infection or symptoms.<\/li>\n<li>Any staff member, patient, or visitor who wishes to mask is welcome to do so. Masks will continue to be available at all hospital entrances.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Staff are prepared to mask as a courtesy upon patient request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Questions about our visitation policy?
