Kootenai Clinic’s Sports Medicine program is a collaboration between our Orthopedics, Concussion Medicine and Family Medicine Residency providers as well as our team of athletic trainers who work closely with local schools. This team of highly-trained providers and athletic trainers will help get athletes back to doing what they love.
Our team works with adult and youth patients to:
- Reduce pain/improve recovery from injuries
- Learn injury prevention strategies
- ACL Injury Prevention Program:
Orthopedics Same Day Care appointments are available Monday – Friday for acute injury evaluation. Appointment availability rotates locations based on provider availability.

- Family medicine providers
- Concussion specialists
- Athletic trainers
- Rehabilitation therapists
